How the Service Sector is Applying Zero Waste

Zero Waste is not just meant for the individual, but for the entire society. Particularly the business world, which has a very big role in shaping the future of our society. See how companies in the service sector are suceeding by applying the Zero Waste principles.

Sheraton San Diego is one of the increasing number of hotels around the world who are starting to take their waste seriously.

Here they show us how they applied the principles of Zero Waste to achieve the amazing quality of over 90% waste diversion from the landfill !

If hotels can do it, most certainly restaurants can do it too. Espeically since food waste is one of the world's biggest problems.

In this video, the Chicago "Sandwich Me In" Restaurant is doing just that: being another example of how Zero Waste is possible even in the Food industry.

Many have told them it's impossible, but they didn't care. Two young women from Berlin proved everybody wrong.

In here, Original Unverpackt in Germany has showed the entire world how a no-package restaurant is not just possible, but very much appreciated by the customers who just love the idea!

Fashion! Who could have thought that the luxurious and everchanging fashio industry Zero Waste is possible!

Well, every year, at the EcoChic award in China, pasionate young designers from all around the world gather to show their talent and their will of creating new sustainable trends!
